What are the browser or systems requirements for PAEasy?

For IBM-Compatible PC
  • Windows 98 or later
  • Monitor: 800x600 pixel resolution recommended
  • Connection: Internet service and 56K modem minimum
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, Firefox 1.0 or above
For Macintosh

I fulfilled the online buying process for PAeasy but can't log-in. Why?
Make sure that you are using your full email address as your username. This is the email address that you used when you signed up for an account. The e-mail address and password can be found in the order confirmation e-mail.

I've lost my username and password. What should I do?

I need more time to access PAeasy in order to prepare for my exam. What should I do?
As a PAeasy user you can purchase an extension in order to have more time working on the PAeasy bank of questions. Click on the shopping cart icon in the top navigation and when the order page renders, select an extension from the pulldown menu.

How can I make sure that I see all of the questions in the database?
Make sure "Only use unseen questions" is checked from the Take Exam page. Then, when you select questions by discipline, you'll the total number of questions remaining unseen in that discipline displayed. Choose some or all of those questions for each discipline until there are none remaining.

I only want to take tests in one specialty or subspecialty (i.e., Pediatrics). How can I do this?
Click on Practice Exams on the Exam Homepage and select the radio button next to "Choose questions by "Select questions by Discipline and Setting." Follow the directions on the subsequent page.

If I extend my original access one time can I extend it a second (third, etc.) time?
Yes, there are no limits to the amount of times you can pay to extend access to your account.

I think I found an error in a question. What do I do?
The questions in PAeasy undergo extensive editing. To report errors, please send an email to OnlineCustomer_Service@mcgraw-hill.com. Be sure to include the question ID. We appreciate your cooperation in making PAeasy a more useful service.
